The Committee consists of seven members: U.S. Bank, N.A., Richardson Molding, Inc., HCL America, Inc., Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, Esopus Creek Value Series Fund LP- Series "A", United Steelworkers and Transervice Logistics, Inc. The Committee has selected the Lowenstein Sandler LLP law firm as its counsel. Sharon Levine is the principal attorney responsible for this engagement. This website was created to assist the Committee in providing information to creditors, as well as to solicit and receive comments from such creditors.
