On March 18, 2015 (the "Petition Date"), Federation Employment and Guidance Service Inc. d/b/a FEGS Health and Human Services (the "Debtor") filed a voluntary petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York seeking relief under the provisions of Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.
