Harris Publications, Inc. (the "Company") executed a general assignment (the "Assignment") for the benefit of its creditors in favor of Sanford P. Rosen (the “Assignee”). The Assignment was accepted by the Assignee on April 28, 2016. A true and correct copy of the document evidencing the Assignment can be found by clicking the "Assignment Documents" tab. Pursuant to the Assignment, the Company transferred ownership of all of its property and assets (collectively, the “Assets”) to the Assignee for liquidation. The Assignee will liquidate the Assets and distribute the net liquidation proceeds to creditors of the Company who timely submit proofs of claim.
