On November 10, 2016 (the "Petition Date"), involuntary petition was filed for Choxi.com, Inc. (the "Debtor") in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York seeking relief under the provisions of Chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. On December 5, 2016, the Debtor filed a voluntary petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York seeking relief under the provisions of Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. This website was created to assist the Debtor in providing access to information for creditors, as well as to solicit and receive comments from such creditors.

On December 18, 2017, the Bankruptcy Court entered an Order Confirming the Debtor's Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation and Granting Related Relief [Docket No. 173].
