On January 30, 2018 (the "Petition Date"), Ensequence, Inc. (the "Debtor") filed a voluntary petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware seeking relief under the provisions of Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. This website was created to assist the Debtor in providing access to information for creditors, as well as to solicit and receive comments from such creditors.

On June 25, 2018, the Bankruptcy Court entered an Order Confirming the Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization of Ensequence, Inc. Dated May 14, 2018 [Docket No. 250]. On June 28, 2018, the Effective Date of the Plan occurred [Docket No. 260].
