On July 10, 2018 (the "Petition Date"), Tintri, Inc. (the "Debtor") filed a voluntary petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court") seeking relief under the provisions of Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"). The Debtor is represented by Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones LLP.
On July 20, 2018, the United States Trustee appointed the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the "Committee") in the Debtor's bankruptcy case pursuant to Section 1102 of the Bankruptcy Code. The Committee consists of three members: Flextronics International USA, Inc., Clari, Inc, and NCR Corporation. The Committee has selected the Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP law firm as its counsel.
