On January 10, 2020 and May 22, 2020, Thomas Health System, Inc., and its subsidiaries (the "Reorganized Debtors") filed voluntary petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of West Virginia seeking relief under the provisions of Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. This website was created to assist the Reorganized Debtors in providing access to information for creditors.

On August 19, 2020, the Bankruptcy Court entered the Findings of Facts, Conclusions of Law, and Order Granting Final Approval of the Debtors’ Disclosure Statement and Confirming the Debtors’ Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization [Docket No. 938]. On September 30, 2020, the Effective Date of the Plan occurred [Docket No. 997].

On May 28, 2021, the Bankruptcy Court entered an Order Granting the Reorganized Debtors' Motion for Entry of a Final Decree (A) Closing Chapter 11 Cases, and (B) Terminating Engagement of Claims Agent [Docket No. 1271]. All cases are closed.
