On December 12, 2019 (the "Petition Date"), Good Samaritan Lutheran Health Care Center, Inc. and Kenwood Manor, Inc. (the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York seeking relief under the provisions of Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. This website was created to assist the Debtors in providing access to information for creditors, as well as to solicit and receive comments from such creditors. 

On December 2, 2020, the Bankruptcy Court entered an Order (I) Approving Debtors' Second Amended Disclosure Statement and (II) Confirming Debtors' Second Amended Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation [Docket No. 302].
