On August 2, 2020, Benevis Corp and certain of its affiliates (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas. On December 30, 2020, the Bankruptcy Court entered the Order Approving Combined Disclosure Statement and Joint Plan of Liquidation of Benevis Corp., and its Affiliated Debtors Pursuant to Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code [Docket No. 575].
