On July 21, 2019 (the "Petition Date"), PES Holdings, LLC and seven of its subsidiaries (the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court") seeking relief under the provisions of Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"). The Debtors are represented by Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones LLP. The Debtors continue to operate their businesses and manage their properties as debtors-in-possession.
On August 1, 2019, the United States Trustee appointed the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the "Committee") in the Debtors' bankruptcy case pursuant to Section 1102 of the Bankruptcy Code. [D.I. 152, Notice of Appointment dated August 5, 2019] The Committee consists of seven members: Trinity Industries Leasing Company, United Steelworkers, CSX Transportation, Inc., OSG Bulk Ships, Inc., Baker Hughes Oilfield Operation LLC, Fisher Tank Company and J.J. White, Inc. The Committee has selected Brown Rudnick LLP and Elliott Greenleaf, P.C, as its co-counsel. This website was created to assist the Committee in providing information to creditors, as well as to solicit and receive comments from such creditors.
