Omni Agent Solutions has created this voting website for the purpose of secure submission of Ballots for the Modified Fifth Amended Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization for Boy Scouts of America and Delaware BSA, LLC.

Only one Ballot may be submitted on account of each Claim. Holders of Claims that submit a Ballot through this E-Ballot Platform should not also submit a paper Ballot. If a holder of a Claim submits a Ballot using this E-Ballot Platform and a paper Ballot, the last Ballot actually received by the Solicitation Agent before the Voting Deadline shall be deemed to be the effective vote. Delivery of a Ballot to the Solicitation Agent by facsimile or electronic means other than through the E-Ballot Platform shall not be valid.

YOUR BALLOT MUST BE COMPLETED, EXECUTED, AND RETURNED SO AS TO BE ACTUALLY RECEIVED BY THE SOLICITATION AGENT BY 4:00 P.M. (EASTERN TIME) ON OR BEFORE THE VOTING DEADLINE OF DECEMBER 14, 2021.

The information you provide on the Ballot will be retained by or on behalf of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, the Debtors and Omni Agent Solutions for as long as necessary for the purpose of considering the Debtors’ plan of reorganization, to resolve disputes or protect the legal rights of the parties to the plan or Ballots, or as otherwise required by law. Some or all of the information you provide on the Ballots may be shared with third parties affiliated with this matter in furtherance of the plan.
