You will need a working email address to register for online ballot submission. Once you register, you will receive an email message that contains a link to activate your registration. Once activated, you may login and submit your ballot as described below.

Once you have registered for e-Ballot Submission and have activated your online e-Ballot submission account, you may log in to your account by clicking here.


Hardcopy Submission (by mail, overnight, courier, or hand delivery)

All signed, original Ballot forms, along with accompanying documentation, must be filed at the following address:
