This page is only for abuse survivors holding Direct Abuse Claims voting in Class 8.
The Bankruptcy Court has set a limited extended voting deadline of March 7, 2022 at 4:00 PM (EST) for holders of Class 8 Direct Abuse Claims. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO CHANGE YOUR PRIOR VOTE ON THE PLAN, YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO ANYTHING AT THIS TIME.
You may request a new individualized Ballot from the Solicitation Agent, Omni Agent Solutions, by: (a) emailing [email protected], or (b) calling the Debtors’ toll-free restructuring hotline at 866-907-2721, or (c) writing to Boy Scouts of America Ballot Processing, c/o Omni Agent Solutions, 5955 De Soto Avenue, Suite 100, Woodland Hills, CA 91367, or (d) submitting an inquiry on the Debtors’ restructuring website at https://omniagentsolutions.com/BSA.
Direct Abuse Claim Ballots may be submitted electronically on this website or by mail so that they are actually received by Omni Agent Solutions on or before the Voting Deadline.
For the avoidance of doubt, parties must use the prepopulated Ballot from Omni Agent Solutions containing each claimant’s unique ballot ID, name, and claim number in order to submit a Ballot modifying their vote on the Modified Plan.
If you have a Ballot that is for any other voting class, please submit your Ballot at https://omniagentsolutions.com/bsa-ballots.
If you have any questions about how to fill out your Direct Abuse Claim Class 8 Ballot, you should review the instructions in your Ballot. To request information related to your Ballot ID, Claim Number, or to request assistance submitting your Ballot, you may call the restructuring hotline at 866-907-BSA1 (2721) or email the Solicitation Agent at [email protected]. Otherwise, you will need to consult with your own legal advisor.
