On July 30, 2012, the Debtors’ filed a motion for entry of an order pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 105, 363 and 1108 authorizing the Debtors to terminate the Debtors’ LTD plans and the employment of the LTD employees (the “Motion”). See Docket No. 8067. The Court entered an initial scheduling order on the Motion on August 1, 2012. See Docket No. 8085. An amended scheduling order (the “Amended Scheduling Order”) was entered on September 20, 2012. See Docket No. 8562. The Amended Scheduling Order provides for a password protected limited access website (the “Website”) to be created where individual LTD employees seeking to review non-confidential information related to the pending litigation, as well as their individual LTD employee information, can submit a written request (a “Request”) to obtain a password to access the Website. Pursuant to the Amended Scheduling Order, a Request must be submitted on or before September 28, 2012. This Website is mandated by the Amended Scheduling Order.
