The Committee consists of seven members: Universal Studios Home Entertainment, Warner Home Video, Penguin Random House LLC, Funko LLC, Hachette Book Group, Inc., Ingram Entertainment, Inc. and Diamond Comic Distributors, Inc. The Committee has selected the law firm of Lowenstein Sandler LLP and Goldstein & McClintock LLP as its counsels. Ken Rosen is the principal attorney responsible for this engagement. This website was created to assist the Committee in providing information to creditors, as well as to solicit and receive comments from such creditors.
