(f/k/a AeroFarms, Inc.) and certain of its affiliates (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. This website provides information about the Debtors' chapter 11 cases. The cases are pending before the Honorable Mary F. Walrath and are being jointly administered under case number 23-10737.

On October 25, 2023, the Bankruptcy Court entered its Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law and Order Confirming the Debtor's Combined Disclosure Statement and Joint Chapter 11 Plan [Docket No. 401]. On November 9, 2023, the Effective Date of the Plan occurred [Docket No. 430].
